The key to good government is good information. By good information, we mean:

thorough
accurate
balanced
well-documented

In the absence of good information, City Councilors are either left to make decisions in a vacuum, or based on faulty analysis or biased presentation. The public is thereby left wondering if the public good was served.
The Capraro-Augustine weblog, available here is an attempt to bring the public into an informed discussion of City issues, using City documents and additional research as a foundation.
